Orders are sent using either Royal Mail or Yodel Tracked Delivery Service and are delivered Monday – Friday (exc. Bank or Public Holidays).

Any orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will be fulfilled same day.

Any orders placed after 3pm Monday -Friday will be fulfilled on the next business day.

Any orders placed on a weekend (including Bank or Public Holidays) will be fulfilled on the next business day.

Please be aware the delivery timeframe is subject to change and you may experience delays. If you are ordering to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey please allow 5 business working days.

You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. Please check the tracking information provided for updates on your order. If you experience issues with the delivery or the tracking information provided please email using your order number as the subject header and we will be happy to help.

We hope you love your purchase; however, if something isn’t right we are here to help.

If you are not happy with your order we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused and in the same condition you received them. They must be in the original packaging and seal not broken. We cannot accept candles that have been lit.

If you are returning your purchase for a refund that is not damaged, a 15% restocking fee will be applied and taken off the total refund cost.

We do not refund delivery costs.

We do not provide free returns and we are unable to reimburse postage costs unless the product has been identified as faulty/damaged. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting in case for whatever reason the parcel fails to reach us, and where possible send the return on a tracked service.



How do I return?

Email us within 14 days of delivery to using your order number as the subject header and provide as much information as possible including photographic proof if damaged and we will be happy to help.

We aim to reply to you within 3 business working days. Once you have received confirmation for return, we will provide you with a return number which will need to be displayed on the outer packaging and returned to,
